While cold therapy offers many benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting cold exposure, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's disease, or are pregnant. Always listen to your body and start gradually.
Our Essential and All-In-One models cool water down to 3°C. Depending on your starting water temperature and ambient conditions, reaching optimal cold therapy temperatures typically takes 4-8 hours. Once cooled, the system maintains your desired temperature automatically.
Maintenance is minimal by design. Our UV or ozone filtration systems keep water clean with little effort. Simply replace the filter every 2-3 months, and occasionally wipe down the basin. We include detailed care instructions and offer filter subscription options.
